1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ManyConverters (which will be referred as "we" and "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

We provide free web-based utility tools that run locally in your browser, including:

• Unit converters (length, weight, temperature, area, volume, data size, and etc.)
• File conversion tools (image format conversion, compression)
• Time and date utilities (timer, stopwatch, alarm)
• Calculators and other productivity tools

Important: All processing happens locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your files or data, except for optional audio files in alarm/timer features.

3. Local Processing

3.1. Your Privacy

• All file processing occurs locally in your browser
• No files are uploaded to our servers
• We cannot access, view, or store your processed files
• Your data never leaves your device during processing
• Works offline once the page is loaded

Exception: Alarm and timer features may optionally store custom audio files in your browser's local storage for playback. These files remain on your device only.

3.2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you process using our tools
• Ensuring you have rights to process any files
• Any custom audio files you upload for alarm/timer features
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose including personal, educational, and commercial use.

4.2. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload copyrighted audio without permission (alarm/timer features)
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our software
• Overload our servers with excessive automated requests
• Circumvent any security measures

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ManyConverters and are protected by copyright and other laws.

5.2. Your Content

• You retain all rights to content you process using our tools
• We do not claim any ownership of your files or data
• We cannot access your content since processing is local
• You are responsible for having rights to any custom audio files used in alarms/timers

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

ManyConverters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Our data collection and privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• File processing: Completely local, zero data collection
• Audio files: Optional custom alarm/timer sounds stored locally only
• Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics via Umami
• Ads: Google Ads for monetization
• Storage: UI preferences in your browser only
